Conferences

Q. Is payment required at the time that I register for a conference?
A. It is recommended but not required. If you are unable to pay at the time of registration, we recommend that you use a credit card to hold a space at the conference. If you provide a credit card to hold your space, you will need to mail a check before the conference, or bring payment with you on-site. If you register and do not attend, you are still liable for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time but require an original correspondence signed by both the original attendee as well as the replacement.

Q. What is the latest date that registrations will be accepted?
A. Registrations that are accompanied by a payment can be sent to us up to 4 days prior to the conference. After this time, please bring both the registration form and payment with you to register on-site.
