Cross Country University creates the standards that govern employment eligibility, competency and clinical practice for Cross Country Staffing. These standards are developed and adopted by working with professional healthcare and regulatory bodies, national nursing and allied healthcare organizations as well as our Clinical Council.

Clinical Council

Our most knowledgeable and expert travelers participate in shared governance as members of the Clinical Council. The Council is the traveler's professional governing body and advisory resource in matters related to clinical practice, standards and policy formulation, as well as our rewards and benefits programs.

• Members of the Clinical Council are nominated and selected through a rigorous process based upon overall performance and area of expertise.
• All members are currently serving on active assignments and have worked with Cross Country TravCorps for several years.
